September 30th, 2006 · 1 Comment

So this is a tech/sports/college post.  I’m writing this from the comfort of a chair in my friends Brett’s room while watching the Oregon V Arizona state game on his 32 inch flat screen.  We’re picking up a near HD TV feed of the game. And not only does the TV rock but so does [...]

Friday and webassign.com

September 29th, 2006 · No Comments

I love Fridays. They rock because I only have one class. Math. I just got done doing homework for math.  Apparently the math department here has adopted an online app called web assign. Banned Books

September 12th, 2006 · No Comments

So it is banned books week. I only know that thanks to Google’s post. I’m glad there is a week so that we remember never to let books be banned or burned. I think with the internet it is much harder to suppress information. Even in China where they try to censor the net people [...]

September 10th, 2006 · No Comments

On September 20th I leave for college at University of Oregon. Because my family is not nearly as tech savy as me and needs tech support on almost a daily basis I decided to setup up a VPN (Virtual Private Networking). This way I can manage my computers at home from the comfort of my [...]
